The first step in a boiler installation project is usually
the removal of (parts of) the old heating and hot water
system, e.g. a back boiler. We take care of
decommissioning the old boiler with minimal disruption to
your home. We flush the old heating system to ensure that
all pipes are clean inside, to avoid any built up debris from
damaging the new boiler.

We fit quality boilers from Worcester and and Baxi, and
will advise you on the best and most economical solution
for your needs. We are accredited with these
manufacturers, as a result of which you get an extended
warranty of 7 to 10 years depending on the boiler model.

In accordance with the instructions of the boiler
manufacturers, we will always fit a magnetic filter which
ensures that your heating pipes remain clean inside.

When the installation is complete, we will register it
with the boiler manufacturer for your insurance, as well
as with the Gas Safe Register. You will receive a Building
Regulations Compliance Certificate from them in the post a
few days later to confirm that the installation has been
done according to all regulations.
